NO WALK-IN! PLEASE SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT
GET READY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:
- Please no caffeine, alcohol or blood thinners (ex: coffee, caffeinated tea, pain killers) 24 hours prior.
- Please do not get Botox or Fillers 4 weeks prior to the appointment.
- Please do not work out the day of your appointment.
- Do not wear contact lenses during or immediately following the eyeliner procedure. Remember to bring your glasses.
- Please do not get (or please remove) eyelash extensions prior to the eyeliner procedure.
- Do not use eyelash growth serums for one month prior to the procedure on the eyelids.
- Once you’ve booked a lip procedure, start preparing your skin according to our recommendations.
- The permanent make up of lips provokes fever blisters a hundred percent! (because of the lips’ red border damaging). Treatment that is agreed by a doctor is encouraged.
- If you have any questions concerning medical conditions please consult your doctor before scheduling your appointment and bring a doctors note to your appointment.
- Permanent makeup is not a “to go” procedure. Expect a healing process (including peeling) which can take 5-20 days depending on the service and skin type. Protect the crusts from direct sunlight and getting wet. No makeup on the freshly made permanent makeup area. You will need to keep it dry and clean.
LET US KNOW BEFORE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT IF:
- You are pregnant or nursing.
- You are taking blood thinning medications.
- You are diabetic.
- You have any issues with your thyroid.
- You have old tattoo.
DO NOT BOOK IF:
- You are under the age of 18.
- You have viral infections or diseases.
- You have skin diseases, keloid disorder, HIV/Hepatitis, skin cancer.
NO GUESTS:
Please do not bring guests with you to your appointment because they can often times be distracting to our artist. In order to give our clients the best permanent makeup possible we must be able to have our full attention on them!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any appointments cancelled within one week of appointment date will forfeit their deposit and will not be able to transfer deposit to a later date. Please understand that our artist is very busy and would like to take as many clients as possible. We have set aside time for your appointment and without proper notice we will not be able to find a replacement for your appointment time.
RESCHEDULING POLICY:
Rescheduling appointments will be possible if artist is given a one week notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Due to limited appointment availability we may not be able to reschedule your appointment until a much later date. Promotional rates may change if you reschedule your appointment to a later date. If you are rescheduling your TOUCH UP the rates will change depending on what time frame you schedule your new appointment (use price lists as reference). If you are rescheduling within one week of your appointment date you will forfeit your deposit and will not be able to transfer deposit to a later date. A new deposit will need to be made when rescheduling a future appointment.
LATE POLICY:
Please tell the artist if you are late more than 10 min. Appointment may be CANCELLED and no refunds will be given if the client is more than 30 minutes late to their appointment. Artist take multiple clients a day and need the full amount of time for each appointment. You may schedule a new appointment but will need to place another deposit.
DEPOSITS:
When booking your appointment, you will be required to place a deposit for each service you schedule. This deposit will be applied to the total fee due on the day of your appointment. If you book multiple services for the same appointment and choose to cancel any of them on the appointment day, a $50 fee will be deducted for each canceled service. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
